These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bok33 platform and all its services. By accessing the website or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

You are responsible for all activity on your account. It is your responsibility to keep your login details confidential and not share them with any third party.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into bok33:

• Upay
• Bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. Any applicable maximum deposit limit will be displayed on the relevant payment page.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• A withdrawal request generally takes 10 to 45 minutes to complete.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.

4.3 Legitimacy of Funds

Users must ensure that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. If suspicious financial activity is detected, bok33 reserves the right to suspend transactions and conduct the necessary investigation.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bok33 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳10,000 → Maximum ৳8,000 bonus → Total balance ৳18,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. The wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is valid only for the account to which the offer was issued.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will result in account cancellation.
• bok33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Abusing the system or attempting to exploit loopholes in order to earn bonuses is prohibited.
• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry date; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.

5.4 Cashback & VIP Benefits

bok33's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on overall activity and engagement on the platform. Separate terms apply to cashback.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

bok33 is committed to providing a safe and fair gaming environment. All games on our platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely random and unbiased.

6.2 Bet Responsibility

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, except in the following cases:

• Hacking, attempting to breach, or using any automated tools on the platform's software
• Using the platform for the purpose of illegal money laundering
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Depositing using a credit card or another person's payment method
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs for unfair advantage and not reporting them to bok33

Account Suspension & Closure

• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is suspected

• If the user fails to cooperate with identity verification

8.2 Account Closure at User's Request

Users may contact the customer support team at any time to close their account. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.
